I believe it's a Becket injector. They are used in fountains or in aquarium skimmers.

That is a beckett injector, originally designed for pond aeration. This injector has been adapted for diy foam fractionators (protein skimmers) in the aquarium hobby. If you would carry them I think there would be demand. Home Depot used to carry this item but I've heard that availibility is spotty at best. Agu
