I have a 1/4"ID polyethylene tube that connects to a JG located on my calcium reactor. I have a Maxijet pump that i want to pump the feed the reactor. The problem is, the maxijet pump fits a 1/2" ID clear vinyl tube. What do i need to attach the 1/2"ID tube to the 1/4" polyethylene tube? Any advise would help. |

Why not remove the fitting from your reactor, drill and thread it to accept the appropriate size barbed fitting. That way the MJ and your reactor will be compatible.
You may be able to find a barbed fitting that will work without having to drill and thread. I'd check arround at your local Lowes, Ace Hardware, Home Depot, etc... |
